Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at ygn99 are KBZPay、Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

• Deposits will be credited to your account after verification and confirmation.
• You are not responsible for all deposit-related fees — ygn99 does not deduct any transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not go through, contact the relevant payment company for assistance or reach out to the ygn99 support team.
• Only payment methods owned by you may be used. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be available until this is done.
• Balances that include bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required wagering turnover has been completed.
• ygn99 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals while investigating chargeback-related matters.
• If additional verification is required, ygn99 may request further documentation.

Bonuses and Promotions

The welcome bonus offered by ygn99 is a 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete a wagering turnover of 20 times the bonus amount.

• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. At 20x the bonus of 30,000 Ks, you must complete a wagering turnover of 600,000 Ks.
• Example — if you deposit 680,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,180,000 Ks. At 20x the bonus of 500,000 Ks, you must complete a wagering turnover of 10,000,000 Ks.
• The eligibility period and conditions for each bonus will be set by ygn99.
• If bonus abuse is detected, ygn99 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• ygn99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

Game Conduct and Fair Play

ygn99 welcomes fair play from all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to predict game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Deliberately using low-risk strategies to complete wagering turnover requirements with minimal exposure (prohibited game staking).
• Using your account with the intent to analyse and exploit the gaming system (system exploitation).
• Harassing, threatening, or using inappropriate language towards other players or staff.
• Conducting payment patterns that are suspected to involve money laundering.

• Odds offered by ygn99 are subject to change. The odds will be confirmed at the time your last bet is accepted.
• News of postponed matches or team lineup changes may affect odds, and ygn99 takes no responsibility for such occurrences.
• ygn99 may void bets on matches where match-fixing is found to have occurred within the scope of protective regulations.
• Football match schedules and results should not be taken as fixed — please refer to the information displayed on the ygn99 website.

VIP Program

The ygn99 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

To move up VIP tiers, you must play actively at ygn99 and follow ygn99's guidelines. ygn99 reserves the right to adjust VIP rewards at any time.

Limitation of Liability

ygn99 provides its services on an "as available" basis and takes no responsibility for the following —

• Financial losses resulting from a player's own betting decisions.
• Technical issues related to a player's computer, phone, or internet connection.
• Temporary website downtime due to ygn99 server maintenance.
• Events beyond ygn99's control (Force Majeure).

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, graphics, and monetary formats on the ygn99 website are the intellectual property of ygn99. Copying, redistributing, or modifying them in any form without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorised use of ygn99's trademarks, logos, designs, and branding materials is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be resolved by negotiating with the ygn99 support team. Please raise the issue with ygn99 first —

• Disputes must be submitted to the ygn99 support team within 30 days of the issue occurring. If this period has passed, ygn99 will consider its published ruling to have been accepted.
• ygn99's decision is final and will be treated as binding with no further avenue for appeal.
• In any dispute between ygn99 and a player, the server records of ygn99 shall be treated as the definitive evidence.

General Provisions

• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in effect.
• ygn99 will post notice of any changes to these terms on the website.
• If a player has any outstanding financial obligations to ygn99, ygn99 has the right to deduct the amount owed directly from the player's balance.
• The individual terms and conditions of third-party service providers who supply this software and website also apply.
